It’s my pleasure that I concluded coaching sessions despite all challenges during the journey. It made me realise my potential. Today I can see so much improvement on my interpersonal skills although it was hard to adapt to certain skills furthermore on my weaknesses. It was going to take a long time to achieve on my current roles as a team leader if I had not attended such kind of sessions. One lesson learned (knowledge) must be put into practice until it becomes a skill. Sessions were very helpful indeed, now I can interact on different situations.
