Enneagram as an instrument made a huge difference in my personal and professional life. Mrs Rhonel Van Loggerenberg from Oketsa coached me with Enneagram on a personal level in several sessions which made ‘n tremendous difference in my personal leadership and relationships. After I experienced the transformational results especially in my personal relationships I contracted Oketsa to coach my team. The process did not only bring a deep understanding of the personal differences between team members but helped our team to increase our productivity with a deep appreciation for the differences in personalities.

The coaching has had a transformational and mind shifting impact on me as a person which brought about change in a few things. In the interest of keeping this short, I’ll only place emphasis on the two most outstanding learning points;
- My perception of the world (i.e. with every positive comes a negative albeit underlying at times).
- Secondly seeing things from another person’s perspective (which has an impact on interpersonal relations).
Through these learnings my thinking has been broadened which makes me relate better with others, i.e. colleagues, family, friends or even a stranger on the road.
In terms of the approach used, I strongly believe that; your approach of creating room for one to fully express themselves during coaching sessions allows for an interactive two way learning process which proves there’s no undermining of the person being coached.
